At New Level UK, customer service is our first priority. We pride ourselves on 5-star service and industry leading warranties. Should you ever have any issues or questions regarding your Xterra Fitness, Sole Fitness or Spirit Fitness domestic equipment, our dedicated team are here to help.
In the unfortunate event that a fault should occur with your fitness equipment all you need to do is give us a call at 01782 593533 or use the Parts & Service Request Form under our Technical Support tab. If your machine is still under warranty we will arrange for an engineer to visit you and repair your machine. Even if your machine is out of warranty we are still eager to help and we can arrange a service visit on your behalf and you may purchase parts directly from New Level UK.
For commercial customers, we understand that your gym is your business and time is of the essence. We are committed to a 48 hour turn around for all commercial service issues, so you can rest at ease that if something should go wrong we will have your equipment back up and running as quickly as possible.
