LUBRICATION

1. All Fuel and Spirit elliptical trainers come complete with a tube of lubrication to help maintain and look after your elliptical trainer.
2. If you feel that the motion is not smooth and there is some noise created during exercising, please apply lubrication to the middle of each guide rail as pictured above.

TRANSPORT

1. All Fuel & Spirit elliptical trainers are equipped with 2 transport wheels which are engaged when the rear of the elliptical is lifted. This enables you to move the elliptical trainer to your desired postition.
