I thought I would send New Level an email to compliment them on the outstanding service and Spirit XE295 cross trainer I have just received from Spirit Fitness. The product was professionally installed on a Saturday morning by the New Level team. They set the product up and showed me how to use it all within the hour. Superb delivery service from New Level UK. I purchased a Spirit Treadmill from Gymworld and it was delivered direct from the supplier on specialist 2 man delivery service within 48 hours. The treadmill looks great and ticks all the boxes on the specification side. I also did not realise that Spirit offered a 10 years parts guarantee I discovered this when I registered my purchase on the New Level website. Many thanks.

I have just tried out my treadmill and I love it. It's really good quality and solid. I even managed to put it together myself (now thats saying something!) Customer service was excellent from connect fitness, very helpful on what products were recommended. Delivery was on time and very friendly drivers. 10/10. After weeks of searching and several phone calls I finally decided to go with the Fuel F63. I was given a lot of good advice which turned out to be exactly right when the product arrived. The Fuel Treadmill does have a really good level of quality, you can tell just by looking at it that it is a solid and substantial Treadmill.
It feels really comfortable to run on, the deck is quite firm but you can feel it taking away the 'shock' from your joints as they say. It's definitely bigger than I imagined but thats a good thing, having used Treadmills in the gym for years I can safely say this is very near to what they have so i'm certainly now a convert to training at home.
