Brilliant, spare parts that our customer required were dispatched instantly. Wish other manufacturers could manage the same service.

Having purchased my EL335 I had a slight problem and required a service engineer to visit my home address. Peter Lovatt from New Level arranged a visit within 48 hours and completed the neccesary work. Fantastic service and great product. Many thanks for all your help Pete.

I have just tried out my treadmill and I love it. It's really good quality and solid. I even managed to put it together myself (now thats saying something!) Customer service was excellent from connect fitness, very helpful on what products were recommended. Delivery was on time and very friendly drivers. 10/10. Thanks (already recommended you to my friend)

After weeks of searching and several phone calls I finally decided to go with the Fuel F63. I was given a lot of good advice which turned out to be exactly right when the product arrived. The Fuel Treadmill does have a really good level of quality, you can tell just by looking at it that it is a solid and substantial Treadmill.
It feels really comfortable to run on, the deck is quite firm but you can feel it taking away the 'shock' from your joints as they say. It's definitely bigger than I imagined but thats a good thing, having used Treadmills in the gym for years I can safely say this is very near to what they have so i'm certainly now a convert to training at home.
Good Quality and Value for the Price the F63 Treadmill!
The best in class under £1000 F63 treadmill retails at £300 less than the top of the range F83 treadmill.
For the money you get some real decent features. In general, their treadmills are durable, they tend to be low maintenance, and their customer service is responsive.
However, with the Fuel F63 you have to realize you are getting what I consider an upper tier budget treadmill. There are some limitations to this particular model in comparison to their other models.
The Fuel F63 Treadmill Features...
2.5 (4.0peak) Continuous Duty HP Motor — This motor is sufficient for both walking and jogging. It comes with a lifetime motor, which suggests it seldom ever burns out.
20" x 55" Running Surface — Although I have not measured the surface, it should be noted that Sole states the surface is 55", not the treadbelt. Most manufacturers will give the treadbelt length, which means the running surface is often 2"- 3" shorter due to the fact part of the belt is hidden under the front shroud.
245 Lbs. Weight — This is an above average weight for a treadmill at this price. This hefty weight will contribute to a stable and solid feel.
2.5" Rollers — For the price these are decent size rollers. Larger rollers reduce the wear and tear on the belt and the bearings. With larger rollers you have less rotation and more contact between the belt and the roller. That means the belt has to revolve less. It also means less work for the bearings. Bearings are one of the components that burn out on a treadmill. Overall the large rollers should extend the treadmill life.
Noise Level — The F63 is one of the quietest treadmills on the market, both speed and incline motors are exceptionally sound proof and durable for long lasting life.
Speed and Incline Controls on Siderails — Some people may find this a minor feature, but I really like the ability to control the speed and incline without having to awkwardly lean over the console.
Console and Display - The console has a striking extra large blue backlit window display that provides multiple feedback. You get six installed workout programs and two user defined programs. There are also fans, speakers and a MP3/iPod plug-in.
Warranty — As mentioned you get lifetime coverage on the motor & frame for added piece of mind, you also get 3-years on the parts and a labour unlike some of the entry level Fuel treadmills which offer 2 years.
Our Review - F63 Treadmill
At £999 the Fuel F63 is a worthy competitor despite some serious competition at this price range. Regardless, with the F63 you are getting the Sole reputation for quality and value.
At first glance, the savings of £700 in comparison to their F83 treadmill may be attractive, but you are compromising slightly on the size of deck, motor and console display against the top of the range F83 treadmill.
